规则帮助我们一起生活和学习。

在学校里，规则可以让教室更安静，让活动更安全，也让每个人知道自己应该做什么。没有规则，大家可能会大声说话、乱跑、插队，学习和生活都会变得混乱。英语里，No rules, no order 的意思是“没有规则，就没有秩序”。

“遵守规则”可以说 follow the rules。
